Aha, we are on the move, and again in the right direction, so something is working.
Got my blood results yesterday, and all is well. Of course my total 'cholesterol' is up, but even the quacks can't advise statins or other medication because the important factors of hdl, ratio and the huge one of triglycerides are good. Feeling grrat that my triglycerides are still going down, now at 0.6, I wonder how low it will go....? The target is to be under 2. If I was really strict on low carbs it would go down again I bet. My hdl is 2.2, target is to be over 1.2, again ok, and the ratio 3.3, with a target of under 3.5. Given what has been going on in my life I think these figures are amazingly good!
I do hope I can build on it and keep the PBs dropping too. Another one gone this morning :D Here's hoping for a good weekend all round, have fun, I intend to!!
