本來體重持平,再站上去一次多了0.2 昨天吃太多NG食物,今天早餐連咖啡都沒喝,本來想說中餐要喝防彈,但到了下午還是不餓,3點多用防彈的材料製作小點心,椰子油+可可粉裹奶油,覺得還是用喝的才能拉長滿足感。 晚餐自己煮,一樣是菜肉3:1原則
