早上公司健走活動,走了一個半小時的路
但中午聚餐大破酮,吃了好幾片pizza、一點麵與飯~今天碳水整個超量😭😭但其實沒有很飽耶!欸害啦!
聚餐結束後走路到捷運站,希望能消耗一點熱量,到家後還吃了「堅果+冷凍藍莓」淋酪梨醬,今天的飲食不知道怎麼記錄了~先罷工一天!今天的破同酮物還有:一口雪花餅*2+小孩吃不完的蛋黃酥
明天等著殘酷的結果......
