I didn't weigh this morning. My left shoulder is bothering. I was afraid I would be able to do my push ups, but I improvised and did tricep pushups. As long as I kept my arm close to the sides of my body, I was fine. So far I did 50. I'll do 50 tonight...I hope.
I'm still 32 0z short on my water intake. I'm sure I'll get that later.

I didn't work out tonight, but I ate a light dinner. I also decided not to do the rest of my push ups as to give my shoulder a little rest.
Tonight I drank 2 cups of green tea and drank 80oz water.I will weigh tomorrow.
