Uggh, feel really stupid, after being super excited about getting my Bodymedia from the groupon I just realized I have been wearing it on the wrong arm so the results are way off. Also no real weight loss progress, today I am going to this awesome Mediterranean restaurant at lunch (my friend is changing jobs and wanted to meet up the last time while he still works here) but the problem is the make the most amaizing pitas and I know I will get at least 2 with my lunch...not going to be a good calorie day. Also my knees have been killing me since running 6 miles yesterday...I was hoping I had trained past this.
