So I have had a drop yesterday but noticed it wasn't showing, I entered it on the tablet.
Given that I have upped the exercise and lowered the killers it should start moving quite well in the downwards direction.
I think I may start recording my weight in terms of packets of butter. I can relate to that ... Kilos is just a number and a small number change is a big body change, lbs and stones too familiar and frightening so I shy away from using those... .
So, I weight almost 287 packs of butter. PBs, and need to lose 45 PBs. 45 PACKS OF BUTTER!!! Oh, for goodness sake. Imagine 45 packs of butter smeared all over my body, how thick would that be?? I think I am going to be sick.
That mental picture is a fabulous motivator for me :) :)
