176.6....whoo hoo! That is exactly 10 pounds from where I started 2 weeks ago. This is called for a celebration....um let's see. I think just take an hour off my usual busy routine to enjoy this blessing. I feel active, healthy, full (when I eat) and nourished from within. Yes, I am on a good path and soon it will begin to show.
I am actually beginning to enjoy knowing more about the body and its metabolic composition. Yeah me!
