Having hard time getting going had a talk with my bff today who is going to start asking me if I have exercised and help hold me accountable he also said if I don't do anything about this now I will just gain more and my arthritis pain will be worse and it will be harder to lose the weight and move. I am diffinately a carb addict. So far I have been blessed with good health except for chronic pain I however have a strong family history of high blood pressure and Diabetes so the time is upon me for change. Whining and wishing are not getting it done.
