I decided to end my fast. I fasted for 3 days and I feel that is enough. I'm ok with my weight but I would like to be more healthy. I started exercising again nothing intense, just basic cardio and some weightlifting. Tomorrow I will buy a new weight scale because I have been having problems with my current one. I don't think it's showing accurate numbers, which is the main reason I hardly use it. But I need to have my right current weight and continue to track so I don't stray.
