Well I am still baffled by the first week of weight loss. I can only assume since I cut out most all alcohol and went to water and less tea, I must have dropped water weight. I weight in tomorrow and I will see where I am on it. It's only been 2 weeks and I am noticing a difference in the way clothes fit me already. I mean even if I lost 5 pounds I didn't think I would notice it by now.

If a person has 100 pounds to lose, you may not notice their weight loss until they lose 20 or 30 pounds. A person who only has 20 pounds to lose, 5 pounds can be noticeable. Great job on the loss!
