I'm feeling a bit sore from my push ups yesterday and to top it off...i had to teach pilates this morning which made some of the postures difficult.
My sweet craving started up again right after dinner, but I stifled them by drinking my green tea. I'm so relieved. Tomorrow will make 1 week since I started this. I have to admit that my eating plan isn't a diet, but more like modified meals and counting calories. I'm currently reading Superfoods RX and once I'm done, I'll start that plan.
I'm still a bit short on my water. I guess I should start drinking.
