Did not eat my proper amount of foundation veggies today. My Bad!! Need to lose weight before camping season starts, and that is only 17 days away. I'm still feeling energized during the day, but weekends I just want to veg. Need to watch my counts closer, because I don't seem to be losing the weight like I thought I would.

I used to love to camp. It would be fun to start again. We used to camp a week each year on an island. Talk about going back to nature....
