Ok people I'll be honest tonight could have gone either way, after pasta yesterday, I could so easily have gone pukka pie and chips or mash... But I didn't.
I stayed on the path of the righteous man and went haddock, vegetables and a few boiled baby potatoes. I'm well under 1800 calories and I just worked out I've done 15 days without any alcohol.
Feeling strong about avoiding booze now, which is good as a friend recently sent me a thank you pressie... A bottle of Remy Martin VSOP, I'm sure it won't 'go off' if I leave it to Christmas!
