9 days back met with an accident, m gaining weight since then, really worried. I am hungry all the time and have ate whateever I get. Though m pretty depressed about the weight thing :(

70 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 10 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Yeah I know this feeling, though a milder version of it. I hope you get well soon first and avoid thinking about weight meanwhile. When you are fully convinced of your health, give yourself a fresh start :) Wish you my best on your recovery . \m/
