Day 64- Enjoying my Sunday Morning coffee and DMB, can’t wait to do it on the porch later this spring. It is a rainy cold day here. The temps have dropped after a week of 80+ in March, it should be in the 50-60s (?), global warming what? The peaches are blooming and I can already see they are going to get frosted! Look for higher peach prices this summer…

Anyway, as for the diet, I have been trying to tune in even more on what I am eating and increase protein and fiber. I am finding this hard to do without pushing up cals and processed food. I want higher protein out of natural foods and just can’t seem to find it. It should be pretty clear why I want to increase my fiber……. ;-) I had to host a social event for the youth wrestling program I am head of and it turned out, I could not eat any of the food that was served, so I came home pretty hungry. The food kind of grossed me out, and folks were piling up their plates, LOL

Goal this week while on the road is to increase exercise, need more muscle/upper body work out features.
