Forgive me Father, for I have sinned!
I have just eaten a whole pack of Giovanni Rana Tender Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni pasta,
with a tomato and garlic sauce for dinner.
Further more I ate a twirl and 6 McVitee Dark Chocolate Digestive thins whilst at work.
Today I have a weak morale compass.
Furthermore the only guilt I feel is for not feeling guilty as today I am still under 1800 calories.
I know my dieting team buddies I have let the side down.
(But that pasta was sooo good)

Me too; took my friend out for a spa day for her 70th and the lunch was club sandwich with bacon, chicken and eggs followed by carrot cake and cream. Far too many calories for the exercise done today. Another day tomorrow and will have to be Very Good!!
