It has only been a couple of days, but I honestly thought Sunday's blip would be just that, a minor blip. Seems I am wrong. I won't give up but I wonder if I need to change something, shake things up a bit. I am doing everything right, all the goals and boxes ticked. I guess I am being impatient and just going through a readjustment and transition phase. I am not frustrated by it at all, but I am curious.
I feel there won't be a sudden drop any time soon, my fat feels unusually hard. Probably because it is still in lay down phase as it has been since the beginning of the year.
Rambling thoughts, but good to look back on as things unfold.
