Well I added a minute as in "one" to my newly started exercise routine. Boy did not realize how long a minute can be. So tomorrow it will be another minute and by Friday I want to go for 10 minutes. And all of this is just cardio - getting the heart rate up. I should start some weights but my soul is not into that yet. Baby steps - reminding myself that I am a work in progress - lifestyle change.

She is right, one step at a time, this is a major lifestyle change but it will be well worth it!! Your doing great, and you will only get better! Keep it up!
