Lots been happening since my last journal entry. I moved from one apartment in my building to another - WHAT A MISTAKE. Bigger space but the noise level is ridiculous. There's a dance club across from the building - you can imagine the noise from 1:30 am to 3:30 am (and I've call the police station about monitoring them)AND the building sits at the corner of two major streets - my goodness, my apartment SHAKES and the car noise (honking, loud music, etc.) is unbearable during the day. I am so tired - you know, that kinda tired where you still have to get up but you lack the proper sleep?
Nonetheless, I got up and walked to weigh in. My weight has been fluctuating between 210-215 for the last 22 days. It's all good. When things settle down so will my stress level. I weighed in today at 210 - good. I expect to be extremely close to Onederland by the end of the month if not sooner. I'm patient. I've waited all my life to successfully lose weight. No point in getting all anxious about it now!
