Yesterday I felt blah and lonely all day. Thankfully I feel much better today. I swam this morning, easy recovery day swim, and it made me feel great. I love starting my day with swimming. Although my shoulder is bothering me some so I have to keep the swimming to a normal amount. It's worth the extra distance and extra traffic to get to the pool. I also seemed to sleep pretty good last night. Was planning to do IF today but I was really wanting my eggs for breakfast instead of lunch so I went ahead and ate them. I don't feel guilty at all. IF isn't going to happen this week and that's okay. Today I'm thankful for a gym with a pool, the opportunity and strong body to participate in fun races, and finding the LCHF way that has no doubt changed my life for the better.
