I used to LOVE drinking tons of sodas, beer, wine, and energy drinks......along with eating tons of sweets aka candy, cookies, and ice cream. Holy cow I can't believe just in a couple of days of completely eliminating those items have already made weight loss possible. It's been 3/4 days and man.....this is def the day I have urges of caving 😳😳😳 trying to stay strong.
