I was feeling lazy today and didn't want to be careful so I ate carbs, had me a sandwich for lunch, first one in months, also had some chili beans. All that tasted good but my total net carb number was just over 100. It also made me sleepy, I fell asleep in my chair this afternoon, I don't do that when I leave the carbs alone....
