Day 2 without stepping on the scale man I can't believe how much it's killing me not to weight myself lol - oh well I'm day 7 no cheats and 5 of my 6 exercise days done actually looking forward to my swim later today - made Cranky's fat bombs yesterday and going to try the keto garlic bread off the diet Doctor website to go with my low carb chicken Parmesan tonight - I have never planned my eating so closely, cooked so much and cleaned my kitchen in my life lol

Those look good! Thank goodness cooking is one of our hobbies here, this way of eating does require some kitchen time. As for weighing, my bride hid my scale from me for a week.... she said I talk to it too much.
