worked yesterday and drank a ton of water. I finally dropped below 240lbs. This is a great weight loss day for me. I do not want to go up to 240's again. I am barely out! Hope to get out and walk today.
108.8 kg Lost so far: 36.8 kg.    Still to go: 43.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
