So, instead I'll moan; years ago it seemed so easy... restrict, exercise and wham, skinny minny! Now it's so difficult to stick to it! I have more than 12 kgs to loose! eish...
It's a dangerous game, playing with obsession, but it seems like the only way that works for me. When I was in high school I took control of my diet. My parents eat such rubbish and I still managed to loose a lot of weight in their house. So, let's go back to that...
Coffee and cereal 8am Fruit and 1/3 cup of nuts until 1pm 1 litre of water by 1pm Popcorn if desperate Tuna salad for lunch, no carbs 1 litre of water by 5pm Any veggies and half cup of carbs for dinner 1 litre of water by 9pm
On top of this eating plan I will exercise. In school I would run, even just for 20 minutes. So, everyday I will do something! My lowest in school was 53 kgs. So, I'm aiming even lower now...
