Ok last time to weigh was yesterday and I gained so I am not weighing myself for a month, yesterday was one year on this diet, I still love it and dont feel like its a diet anymore but a life style change:) however I decided I am only going to weigh in once a month so next time on scale will be april 21st hope to have lost by then I really need 40 more pounds and it WILL happen:)
