I did not workout yesterday, I was feeling to lazy and I was feeling a the same today until I started reading journals. My gosh people, way to motivate a person to get back in there.
I will right in later what I do even tho I know it is not going to be anywhere near what some of you amazing ladies are doing.

I have been feeling really exhausted the last few days. I hate it when some big emotional thing happens. I get so drained from it all and I am not sure why. I asked my husband if it was just me and he said he always sees how drained I get from them. I don't know what causes this to happen to me and most of the time it is after soemthing to do with my mom. Even if it is not something huge, even a small confrontation can wipe me out.
I would love to see what happens to my blood preasure and things when I go through this. Just to see how it really effects my body.
Well anyways, I am starting to feel better and get more energy so that's good.

Like I said I will put my workout in after I finish. Hope to get some running, yoga, and some weights in plus a little extra walking just to get a little more calories burned.

Sarah, it's definitely ok to take a break, especially with everything you have going on. What worries me is what you put yourself through. You have to work on not allowing yourself to the point of exhaustion from these things. It's not fair to you. Yoga and walking sound like just what the doctor ordered. BTW, I LOVE the new profile pic. They boys look so happy.
