I did not workout yesterday, I was feeling to lazy and I was feeling a the same today until I started reading journals. My gosh people, way to motivate a person to get back in there. I will right in later what I do even tho I know it is not going to be anywhere near what some of you amazing ladies are doing.
I have been feeling really exhausted the last few days. I hate it when some big emotional thing happens. I get so drained from it all and I am not sure why. I asked my husband if it was just me and he said he always sees how drained I get from them. I don't know what causes this to happen to me and most of the time it is after soemthing to do with my mom. Even if it is not something huge, even a small confrontation can wipe me out. I would love to see what happens to my blood preasure and things when I go through this. Just to see how it really effects my body. Well anyways, I am starting to feel better and get more energy so that's good.
Like I said I will put my workout in after I finish. Hope to get some running, yoga, and some weights in plus a little extra walking just to get a little more calories burned. Hope everyone is having a great day!!
