I'm taking today as a rest day. I was so tired this morning and my allergies are getting the best of me today, so I let myself sleep in. I will get back to it tomorrow. I know I can't do a workout tonight because of kids activities and I have to go shopping. As long as I can somewhat keep my eating under control today I should be okay. Work will be busy this afternoon, so I won't be snacking out of boredom today, so that's good. Onward and downward (I hope).
