I am going to have to stop listening to my thoughts, I have releized that I have been back stepping into a very bad habit, snaking at night, the sweet tooth is still there and wants out, no way, I can not let it out...., I have lost over 30 pounds and do not want to gain any of it back. I have also reliezed that the Atkins bars are not a good choice for a snak, NO more of them for me.
