It was hard to get up and work out this morning, but I did it. Now, hopefully I can drag myself out of bed tomorrow too. One day at a time. I did okay with my eating last night. I ate supper and was going to go back for more, then before I did I looked at the calories and realized that it would be ridiculous for me to eat 300 more calories because I knew I couldn't have a snack later (and I need my evening snack). So, it was a small victory for my will power, and I'm happy with that. I hope everyone else has some small victories that they can enjoy too. :)
