Up .2 lbs...hmm...I will have to take a look at my diet to examine why.
Just entered the food I PLAN on eating today (will update if there are deviations)...and noticed something:
Breakfast Like a King, Lunch Like a Prince, Dinner Like a Pauper
Does this method work? I guess we shall see.

I wouldn't stress about such a small gain. Our bodies can fluctuate up to 5 lbs daily just in water weight, not to mention TOM bloating and a myriad of other things that can cause fluctuations. Just keep going and I'm sure the scale will head in the right direction soon.

Thank you for the encouragement, YoungSturgeon! Sometimes I get a little discouraged as the weight isn't coming off as quickly as I'd like. But, I also suppose I didn't put the weight on overnight, so it won't disappear overnight either.
I've set up a challenge, if you are interested. I've decided to go back to induction level carbs for about a week to see if it shakes up the weight loss a bit. It's called the Meat Challenge. Good luck to you and thanks for replying!

You are most welcome! Thanks for the challenge invite. I usually stay under 20 carbs a day anyway, but I will check it out. Good luck!

Keep on plugging in there -- it is a marathon not a sprint. Small flucuation are normal. I think that is why I found measurements important, sometimes when I don't see a lot of poundage coming off, inches were. I am just at 2 years and coming in on the last stretch -- less than 20lbs to go. It takes time but, at least for me, this has been a lifestyle change...not that ugly d-word. Wishing you the BEST!
