Well this weekend I gained 6 lbs! I didn't even think that was possible! Granted I was terrible..I ate 3 cupcakes, 2 other desserts and 3 doughnuts (I agreed to get my sugar fill without thinking for the last 3 months after having 3 green beers and 2 bloody marys on Saint Patty's...which was already terrible). And I anticipated that I would be paying for this mistake by a couple of lbs, but when I stepped on the scale I was 6 lbs heavier than on Friday! I mean if all it takes is one even horrible day to throw me off this much I am just about ready to give up.
