Here is today's breakfast. The decaf. coffee was fresh which made it exceptional. I had to leave the house this morning in search of my meal. The chicken being microwaved made me nauseous. Go figure ;<

I try to use my microwave as little as possible. I would say 90% of the time I use to defrost something I forgot. But, I don't like "cooking" with it.

I'm with you @perks54, I do not like to use the microwave either. This morning a family member was heating up left over wings from last night's dinner ( NOT my dinner).

I've heard a lot about microwaves being a health hazard... Maybe see if your family would consider switching to a toaster oven? It takes a little longer, but all in all it works great for reheating leftovers! :)

@Meadow Mist, I know what you mean about toaster ovens and I agree 100% but this hard headed family member (who is an adult) tells me to leave alone.. so, I nudge gently every once in a while. 😉🍒

@laceybee23 the Samsung phone I have provides this feature (collage) to enable the user to combine several pics into one. 😄❣goggle can provide you with a free app called photo collage pro.

Oh that looks yummy! I buy a bag of Tysons cooked skinless chicken breast strips. I "microwave" to heat and wrap it in a soft shell taco! Yes, the flavor isn't too appealing warmed in the micro! I don't cook much and found it easier to buy pre-cooked chicken! I used to eat stupid fast food for every meal! Grab it on the way home after work and then again late evening when hubby was on his way home from work! So I didn't eat on all day at work, fast food on the way home and again after 10 PM! Hhhmmm wonder why I didn't lose weight! I now eat pre-cooked steamer broccoli and cauliflower and Brussel sprouts for my veggies! Wow I dropped like 8 lbs in a little over a week! Funny how veggies and fruits seem to not put weight on me. :) Where did you find such a yummy looking taco for breakfast?

You can add spices to bring out flavors. Hot spices such as Cayenne pepper help to burn fat too. Chia seeds help with digestion. Just an idea for you.

Try white pepper! I just discovered it, and I LOVE it. Has asubtle heat, but not too overpowering.
