dududududududu saya belum kembali ke jalan yang benar.. back to baby step.. kurangi kalori dan kurangi porsi nasi.. mudah2an bisa secepatnya merangkak, berjalan dan berlari lagi menuju goal.. ngumpulin semangat lagi dulu
