So I went to the gym today, and while I was dripping on the elliptical, I looked down at my arm, and there was LESS FLAB!!! That motivated me soooo much! After I got warmed up, I alternated 1 minute going as fast as I could with 2 minutes going at my regular pace. That 30 minutes whipped my butt! I also was able to eat well at work today. I've noticed that I do well as long as I bring my lunch and snacks. If I have to eat out, I'm always bad, and I don't want to waste my one freebie meal a week on something not very special, like McDonald's.

Good on you gal! I don't have the guts to look at any part of my body while it's moving on the treadmill yet! Ha!
