Interesting idea- I am looking for a couple of "veggie" meals and so far everything I find looks boring. this might do the trick

that looks REALLY good, and i have heard that even if u are not a full-out vegetarian, eating meatless meals 2-3 days a week is extremely healthy

there is such a thing as vegan mayo...hellmans and hampton brands both sell it

Sorry for confusion; all ingredients excluding the sriracha mayo makes it vegan. I just needed a little spice! I'm working on making my own mayo - vegan. Will be posting the recipe at a later date. 🤔🍒
