So, my office is a horrible place to diet! Someone is always bringing in doughnuts, or huge bagels, or cookies, or something else equally evil...I'm trying to eat healthier, but I'm surrounded by temptation!

My office is always flooded with sweets this time of year too and I work at a medical clinic! People are so nice to bring us goodies, but what about a good ole veggie tray? :)

I should bring a veggie tray! I brought a big salad today, and it went over pretty good. But I did horrible with my eating today...we had an office lunch. Pizza. At least I had the veggie pizza with thin crust!
