Well, I am down more!! I am happy too. Can you tell? I am working hard to learn this WOE and will continue to make it a WOL, way of living. At least I have found something that works for me, and I feel good about it and I also don't feel a bit deprived. Must be a good thing, for me to be doing? I think so anyway. I will take any and all losses that I feel better about myself.
