day 2 of my second 30 day commitment. The workout was tough today. I am eating better... I will measure tonight so that I have a starting point for this personal challenge. I WILL NOT RECORD A WEIGHT UNTIL I AM BACK TO 165! I am not sure how i ever gained with all of the exercise and 1500 calories that I have beem doing.
