Today I'm fasting because I have had a very poor diet lately..I have also been over indulging late at night and having to many bread carbs...I'm not gonna get down on myself or get upset because I chose to do it and I just have to suck it up and take the control back..I've gotta get back on that horse lol...I'm proud of myself because I have lost almost 20 lbs and I'm not gonna lose sight of that or let anything get in my way
