Maybe it is just in my mind, but my pants are getting longer, or my height is shrinking from this healthy life style...LOL

LOL - I almost tripped over pant legs just the other day. My shirts are getting longer too. I put on a blouse yesterday that I've had for while and it hung on me so differently I didn't recognize it.
