skipping breakfast before going to the grocery store might not the best idea! post-shopping, pre- meal prep lunch of salami, mozzerela, pesto and tomatoes on a flatout protein up, carb down wrap. just noticed 18g carbs in the wrap! next time 1/2 wrap
