So far today sucks! Here are the negatives...but I will try to put a positive with the negatives...
1. Negative: I left all of my jewelry at home because I was running late this morning. Positive: I made it in time to put in an hour of Pilates at the studio before work.
2. Negative: The girls at work are being jealous and catty. Positive: I can see why.
3. Negative: I am extremely sore. Positive: I have a body that responds to change.
I do actually feel better typing all of that out and then reading over a couple of times. I think that if everyone forced themselves to do that when they were having a bad day the world would be a better place. CRISIS AVERTED.
Back to work!
