running:
32m25 on uprun equaling my
PB of 32m25 running the downrun (reverse route)
(didn't know one could run the exact time on reverse route. Route 1 hills early Route 2 hills later.
only 1 weight training session
5 x 30m cycling
2 x 20m rowing
1x4km and 1x5km running

weigh in Monday
