Morning exercise
Yoga: 10 min
Treadmill: 1:20 at 3 mph, and :40 at 6 mph for 30 min, 2 miles total

Nothing like a good sweat to get your day going!
Going to try running every other day and for this week I am going to stick to the above running schedule and each week bump it up a little on running 6 mph.

yes my husband and I and some friends are doing a 5 k zombie obstacle course in Aug. Going to be fun

How are you loving the treadmill, Sarah. Is it a welcome relief to be able to run indoors, without leaving your house?

I am loving it! Don't have to drag the kids out every day. I'm sure I will go outside some but this is great for meto be able to run & get a great workout in.
