I am feeling so good today, I am down 3lbs this wk! I have been recording everything I eat. It is annoying but it is working. I don't want to feel guilty about what I eat anymore. I am tired of not feeling good enough for my husband. I am tired of hiding my body in big clothes. I am tired of holding back because of self confidence. I know I have not been fully on board, but I feel like I have turned a big corner. I am planning a trip this April as a vaca for myself. Just girls, just fun. I want to drop a decent amount of weight before then. I am going to hit the gym this wk as much as I can. I have not been going in the past few weeks. Everyone in the house has been sick. Now that we seem to be healthy, its time to get out of the house!
