My weight loss barriers:
In the past I pretended I was too busy to plan meals but I now realize I just didn't feel like planning. Today, I was too busy at work to eat every three hours. As a result, I ate too few calories and then didn't have the energy to exercise.
My other barrier is having company. I eat more when I'm around family. I had my sister's kids this past weekend but planned for it and bought fish, broccoli and brown rice for them. They ate healthy and I did too. That kept me on track. It felt like success !!!!
