Ive tried atkins, it works for some people, and I dont want it to be just a diet, I want it to be a lifestyle. I have been on it for about a week or two, and I have thought about everything I cant have, so I am going back to my diet that doesnt feel like a diet. It feels like a lifestyle. I was doing atkins for the wrong reason, and that was to see weightloss quick. Quick weightloss means it can come back quick. Good luck to everyone that is on atkins, and any other diet.
