I bought myself a Kettler Unix P Crosstrainer which was delivered yesterday. The training-computer is a nifty little thing. I found out that I can select the intensity based on my heartrate and the duration based on the kcal consumption. Yesterday I used it a lot to get familiar with it. This morning I trained for 200kcal with a heartrate of 120. I have to find out my optimum Fat-burning Heartrate (65%). Since there are so many ways to calculate that this will take some try and error.
