Well, I am sure I went over my points a little today and used some of my flex points, but that is okay. I just did it for one meal, which is for brunch and I ate in moderation. But, for dinner it will be low point meal. So here to WW for the rest of my day and hopefully I won't gain any from today Christmas's party, which was a lot of fun. The good thing my abs and legs are sore from yesterday's workout.
